Thank you for using the FSU-Panama Complaints and Grievances Service Center. This resource is intended for entering complaints & grievances related to the Florida State University campus in the Republic of Panama only. Cases involving other FSU campuses should be directed to the respective campuses.
To submit a claim or grievance please select the "Area of Concern" best associated with the incident or condition that you wish to report and describe your case, providing as much concise relevant information as possible. Use the attachment feature to include pertinent documents or pictures.
Your case will be automatically forwarded to an appropriate FSU staff member for prompt attention. You will be sent a confirmation email with a “Ticket Number”. A member of our staff might contact you to discuss your case or ask for additional information.
If you consider that your claim is not being addressed within a reasonable period please email the Rector at: firstname.lastname@example.org (include the ticket number).
